Providence Medical Supply provides home delivery anywhere in the contiguous United States. All orders placed by 12:00 PM PST are shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special and custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely and safely packaged.   A credit card authorization form may be required if the Billing address differs from the shipping address.
